Customer Requirements
Our pre-engineered round wire mesh baskets start with a rugged welded rod frame construction. Each is designed for the durability needed to perform in commercial and industrial settings. Baskets can be built in any diameter ranging from 4 to 36 inches with heights ranging from 3 to 36 inches.
Our double wire frame bottom is a standard to our design. This feature adds great reinforcement to the bottom mesh panel of the basket. The dual frame adds great strength and rigidity for increased usable life.
Each part management basket application is unique, select your wire mesh lining from the many sizes to yield an ideal balance of opening size and percentage of open area. Both welded and woven wire options are available.
For gentler chemical processes, we offer economical carbon steel in a natural finish. When parts must be treated at temperatures up to 1600 degrees or exposed to harsh chemicals, our 304 or 316 stainless steel alloys will give your medium-duty basket the rugged heat and chemical resistance it needs to continue performing day after day. Our stainless steel baskets can also be electropolished for ultimate corrosion resistance and surface purity.
To allow secure handling of parts, particularly in processes requiring agitation and in process movement, our medium duty round wire baskets can incorporate handles and lids. These options include swinging and rigid handles as well as multiple latching systems to ensure parts remain safe during transfers.
